We’re looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department at our Mechanicsburg headquarters—a critical role that supports our service technicians, sales team, and customers by making sure the right parts are available at the right time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage daily operations of the Parts Department
- Supervise, coach, and develop Parts Department personnel
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels
- Monitor purchasing activities and supplier relationships
- Ensure timely ordering, receiving, and distribution of parts
- Establish department goals and performance metrics
- Work closely with Service and Sales to support customer needs
- Review inventory trends and implement efficiency improvements
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalated parts-related issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing a parts department, inventory operation, or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with inventory systems and purchasing processes
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Forklift, industrial equipment, automotive, heavy equipment, or machinery parts experience preferred
