Bortek Industries is growing in the Pittsburgh region, and we’re looking for a skilled Field Service Mechanic to repair and maintain industrial floor scrubbers and sweepers at customer locations throughout Western Pennsylvania.

You’ll work with high-quality machines while building real relationships with customers across manufacturing, warehousing, and municipal environments.

Your Role in the Field

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial cleaning equipment on-site
  • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Educate customers on proper equipment use and care
  • Recommend parts and services that reduce downtime
  • Build long-term customer relationships through reliable service

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on mechanical experience
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
