About This Role

This is an in-office role in a collaborative, team-focused environment within a family-owned business. You’ll work closely with sales and operations to ensure equipment orders are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish.

This position offers a stable workflow, consistent Monday–Friday schedule, and a supportive, no-ego culture where doing things right matters.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and enter equipment orders with exceptional accuracy
  • Maintain clean, organized records within ERP and CRM systems
  • Support the sales team with documentation, order updates, and follow-up
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order flow from start to completion
  • Manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional attention to detail (accuracy matters more than speed)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Positive, team-player mindset
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfort working with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Adaptable and willing to take on new tasks as needed

Compensation

$22 – $26 per hour
