Start as a Sales Apprentice
Get paid training, shadow experienced reps, demo equipment, generate leads, and build real customer relationships. No prior sales experience required—we’ll teach you how to sell.
This role is designed to fast-track you into an independent territory sales position with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Shadow sales demos and customer visits
- Learn and operate industrial cleaning equipment
- Support quotes, follow-ups, and orders
- Attend trade shows and industry events
- Solve real-world cleaning challenges for customers
Who We’re Looking For
- High school diploma (technical/mechanical background a plus)
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on mindset
- Energetic, personable, coachable, and driven
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and comfort with regional travel
