From our North Huntingdon, PA branch, we support municipal, warehouse, logistics, and industrial customers throughout Western Pennsylvania.
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our North Huntingdon location, with full responsibility for branch operations, service leadership, sales growth, and financial performance.
This role oversees shop and field service technicians, supports equipment and service sales, and ensures efficient, profitable branch execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day branch operations with accountability for service performance, revenue, and profitability
- Manage and support shop and field service technicians across Western Pennsylvania
- Drive service and revenue growth through labor utilization and operational efficiency
- Ensure high equipment uptime and strong customer satisfaction
- Partner with sales teams to support equipment sales and strengthen key customer relationships
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in an industrial equipment dealership, cleaning equipment dealership, fleet, or field service environment
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and branch financial performance
- Strong operational and KPI-driven mindset
- Effective people leader comfortable in a hands-on shop and field-service environment
