A protective acrylic coating, for curing and sealing old non-resilient hard surfaces, such as concrete, terrazzo, brick, un-glazed ceramic tile, slate or other stone surfaces. This water based coating should be used for interior applications only. Protects against grease, dirt, chemicals, and stains. Fast drying with no solvent fumes makes this an ideal product for use in closed areas.

Manufacturer’s Recommendation: This coating is to be applied without thinning.
VOC Content = 73.2 grams/liter, excluding water

DIRECTIONS
PREPARATION: Remove all grease, oil, and other foreign material by scrubbing with a heavy-duty cleaner and good scrub brushes. For better adhesion on permanent type coatings such as moisture-cured urethanes or epoxies, it is recommended that the surface be abraded with a 100-mesh screen disk. Smooth dense concrete surfaces should be acid conditioned before application. Rinse floor thoroughly with clear water and allow to dry.

APPLICATION: Spread a liberal coat evenly across the floor using a mop, squeegee, roller, lamb’s wool applicator or other appropriate applicator. If higher gloss is desired apply a second coat after allowing first coat to dry for at least 45 minutes. Surface temperature should be above 50°F. Allow final coat to dry at least 12 hours before allowing heavy traffic onto floor.
