Tennant Floor Sweepers
Tennant floor sweepers are available for cleaning the surfaces of a wide variety of commercial and industrial facilities. Tennant has provided cleaning equipment for airports, state and local governments, colleges and universities, hospitals and healthcare centers, and retail warehouses. Tennant floor sweepers are designed to perform effectively in harsh environments, such as the factory floors of food and beverage producers, where dangerous grease and grime can become a hazard to employees and staff.
Tennant floor sweepers are designed to collect debris and dust on indoor and outdoor surfaces. A compact push sweeper offers portability and maneuverability for small to medium areas for quick and easy sweeping. Push/walk-behind sweepers are available in different models with slight differences to fulfill a variety of sweeping necessities. Some sweepers are cordless, some can be used exclusively on hard floors or carpets, and yet others are combination sweeper/vacuums powered by batteries.
For areas too large to be realistically swept by push sweepers, Tennant also offers several riding models designed for large industrial facilities and commercial workplaces. These are more powerful than the walk-behind models, but offer similar responsiveness and agility as the smaller sweepers.
Tennant riding floor sweepers vary in size. The smallest, a sub-compact rider, can fit through a standard doorway, making it useful for medium to large areas. Midsize sweepers are available for dual indoor/outdoor use with enclosed driver areas for harsh weather. Tennant's largest floor sweepers are some of the most powerful workhorses available; these large sweepers are capable of collecting large rocks, sand, leaves, and other lightweight debris that may be found on outdoor grounds.
