Self-Contained Extractor
When you have numerous job sites where the carpet care requires regular extraction, nothing beats the SelecTracT 17 for portability and performance. The SelecTrac 17 is easily lifted and placed in the trunk of most cars or station wagons. If needed, one person can also roll it up or down stairs. Both the solution and recovery tanks are tough polyethylene, and each holds seven gallons (26 l.). A transparent plastic cover allows observation of the recovery, and when the recovery tank is full, just lift it off to dump it. The recovery tank may be used to carry clean water to fill the solution tank. Cleaning solution is sprayed onto the carpet to dissolve spots and soil. A 14 inch (35 cm) power brush loosens and scrubs it to the surface where the 17 inch (43 cm) pick-up tool vacuums away the dirty solution. Carpets are left nearly dry.
