On conventional machines, the side brooms must be raised in open areas to prevent airborne fugitive dust. The new Exterra is not a conventional machine. It features DustGuard™*, an integrated dust-suppression system that minimizes side broom dust and maximizes sweep path and productivity with a full 77 inches of dust controlled sweeping. The Exterra features a standard onboard battery charger. The operator is provided with the innovative Advance Clear-View™ technology of critical sweeping areas to maximize safety and productivity. This Exterra model comes with a 14 cubic foot high dump hopper and is available in gasoline, propane or diesel models. The Exterra boosts increased cleaning productivity by up to 80 percent and redefines sweeping as we know it.
The Advance Exterra is as rugged a ride-on sweeper as they come, featuring a non-corrosive structural roto-molded hopper, with an integrated 5 mph bumper that ensures lasting performance. The UltraWeb™ dust filter is water-resistant, capturing tiny particles other machines miss, and it has a timesaving auto-clean feature. Plus, the Exterra is ultra-comfortable and safe, with Advance's Clear-View sight lines and thoughtful ergonomic compartment design.
The optional features available for this model maximize potential to make the Advance Exterra the best possible sweeper of its class. Just a few accessories that can be added for a boost in performance include a left-side broom, raised air intake and litter vac. Additional safety features range from seat belts and fire extinguishers to brake/turn signals and a backup alarm. Comfort options, such as a fully enclosed pressurized cab with heat/air conditioning and tilt steering, serve to increase productivity, while the clogged filter indicator and hopper temp sensor ensure the Exterra maintains peak performance.
